WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders are shipped using USPS and are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is received and paid, unless you've chosen one of our expedited shipping options, in which the order will be fulfilled and shipped accordingly.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
All unopened products in resellable condition may be returned within 14-days of the delivery date for a full refund. The customer is responsible for “return” shipping charges that apply. Please email info@greenerthings.care and indicate in the subject line RETURN, along with the related order number. You will receive an RMA number and address where to ship the product.
US PACT Act Disclaimer
In accordance with the US PACT Act, Greener Things is unable to ship vape cartridges, disposable vapes, or vaporizer accessories and batteries. These products are only available for in-store purchase or preorder pick-up.
DISCOUNTS AND SALES
CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE DISCOUNTS TO THE SAME ORDER?
No, you can only use one discount code per order. Discount codes can also not be added on to already discounted products, items on sale, product bundles, or monthly subscriptions.
